Two light rooms - a big one and a smaller one - With access to a large common room on 1 st floor in a big bungalow situated in a quiet neigbourhood close to the centre of town, close to the park Kildeparken and Aalborg Kongres-og Kulturcenter.
 
If you want to borrow bikes, ask the landlord if there are any available.
 
There is wi-fi , shared bathroom and toilet with a hairdryer. Small kitchenette in the commonroom with a fridge and an electric kettle. free coffee and tea.No cocking.
 
Breakfast and dinner available. Access to a washing machine -ask the landlord. 
 
In the commonroom there are games,books and magazines . There is a baby cot. Sheets, towels and cleaning before departure included. Parking in front of the house. 10 min walk to bus station and railway station. pets and smoking not allowed.
 
Amount of rooms: 2 Amount of beds :4 If you need more rooms/beds ask the landlord. Price per night 2 person: 400 kr.(57 euro). Price in a single room 250 kr. (37 euro). Breakfast : 50 kr. (7 euro).
 
IDENTIFICATION: As provider of accommodation we are requested by the police to ask our guests to show documentation of identity, such as health insurance card +drivers license or passport (or other kind of documentation with picture). If we fail to do so, the police can charge us with a fine of DKK 2000(270 euro).
